ABOUT WDAG ASIA 2018
What is WDAG-Asia? The World Deaf Assemblies of God - Asia is the Asia’s largest congregation of the Assemblies of God among Deaf Christians to gather together in one place and event which is usually held biennially and internationally. WDAG-Asia is an opportunity to assemble all professional Deaf reverends and head pastors, associate pastors, lay ministers, Bible teachers, Deaf youths, and associate members of the Assemblies of God (A/G) within Asian regions and around the world. It is a multicultural unified body of believers and leaders that envisioned of becoming a dynamic Biblical community so that the world can see God’s love through us.
Its primary mission is to encourage oneness in spirit, cooperation and unity among participating countries. It also endeavor to strengthen church leaders to be Christ-centered and effective witness for Christ. It also working together to change lives of people who are living without hope and who are looking for a sense of purpose in their lives and who have never considered Christianity. It also help maintain the adherence to the doctrine of A/G’s statement of fundamental faith and to develop a blissful international fellowship among its A/G Asian members.
The first WDAG-Asia was started two years ago. The first conference was held in Bangkok, Thailand on April 2016 participated by close to a hundred pastors, ministers, Bible teachers and church leaders.
